Homes in this market definitely require aggressive marketing efforts. The days of throwing up a sign and hoping it sales appear to be long gone. Buyers are now calling based on the info they receive by driving by a home, finding answers online, and calling the agent once they've narrowed their search. Increasingly my calls come from someone who has passed by the property, searched for it online, and calling to verify if the home is still available. It's a tough market right now when it comes to home sales. I market aggressively online to capture the online buyer. Recent studies show buyers are looking online 1st before making their home buying decision. How does that help you as a homeowner? If your home has great online exposure it helps lure more buyer prospects to view your home. My goal when I list any home is for your property to show up on the major real estate portals where buyers are looking to buy their next home. I target buyers, more than anything else a seller wants a buyer who is ready to buy now! I enjoy marketing listings for sale to potential buyers. Most homeowners just want to get across the point "buy now".
